6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept

Then:

  • Re-delivery charges apply
  • Shipment may be returned at sender’s cost

7. Prohibited Items

You must NOT ship:

  • Illegal goods
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Explosives
  • Restricted or regulated items

If you try to sneak these in, AJA Logistics has full right to:

  • Cancel shipment
  • Report to authorities if required

8. Liability Limitations

  • AJA Logistics is not responsible for:
    • Indirect or consequential losses
    • Business losses or missed opportunities
  • Liability for loss or damage is limited to:
    • Declared value OR
    • Standard liability coverage

No declaration = don’t expect compensation.


9. Insurance

10. Cancellations
